This bowl's marbled design is created by mixing Navajo clay (red clay) and M370 (porcelain). Navajo clay is from Arizona and M370 is from Manitoba, Canada and the combination creates a butterscotch swirl pattern applique with a clear transparent overglaze. 
 
This bowl can be microwaved and put in the dishwasher. It is food safe and made without any toxins.  
 
This item is hand thrown on a pottery wheel, trimmed, fired and glazed. The entire process can take up to 1-2 weeks to create one bowl. There may be variations from item to item which is expected of our handmade process.
